Three girls drowned in West Kazakhstan region

Uralsk. July 16. KazTAG - Three girls drowned in the Urals in the West Kazakhstan region, Ural Week reports.
“Rescuers found the bodies of the drowned children the next morning, July 11. A medical worker at the outpatient clinic in the village of Mergen confirmed the death of three girls,” the health department reported.
The tragedy occurred on July 11 in the village of Mergen in the Akzhaik region. It is noted that three girls - one 12 years old, two 13 years old - went swimming in the Urals  and disappeared.
That evening, the children's parents turned to the Emergency Department for help. It is reported that the search for the girls began on the same day.
Since the beginning of the swimming season, six children have drowned in the region.
