Tokayev about social situation: our priority is to keep our eyes on the ball especially in pre-electoral period
Astana. March 28. KazTAG - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev talking about the social situation said it is important to keep the eyes on the ball especially in the pre-electoral period, reports the press service of the head of state.
"It is important to be aware and timely respond to social sentiments of people. To keep the eyes on the ball. It has always been our priority, especially in the pre-electoral period," he said.
In his words, akims must respond to the requests of people and conduct explanatory work.
"It is important to work actively in the social networks: to create groups in the messengers, to explain the conducted policy, to moderate and manage the situation. Feedback with people is not available everywhere, out of 17 akimats only four have call centers, and seven regions have mobile public control. Constructive dialogue at the meeting with people has shown that many problematic issues must be settled by the akimats on the duly level," he said.
