Tokayev accepted resignation of government and transferred members of the Cabinet to the status of an interim

Astana. March 29. KazTAG - The President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, has accepted the resignation of the government and transferred the members of the Cabinet of Ministers to the status of an interim.
“The Government of Kazakhstan will fulfill its duties until the approval of the new composition of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” reports Tokayev’s decree.
The resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers on March 19, on election day, was announced by the current acting Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov.
