Tokayev and Muller discussed prospects of World Bank activity in Kazakhstan
Astana. July 18. KazTAG - Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Kazakhstan, and Cyril Muller, vice president of the World Bank, have discussed the prospects of the activity of the bank in Kazakhstan in the coming years, reports Akorda.
"The head of state has meet Cyril Muller, vice president of the World Bank. The parties have discussed the prospects of activity of the World Bank in Kazakhstan in the coming years," reads the report.
Muller informed Tokayev about the results of cooperation in various sectors, including performance of joint projects in the field of agriculture, new technologies and artificial intellect.
The parties have discussed interaction in the field of increase of effectiveness of state governance and provision of state services.
"The Word Bank recognizes Kazakhstan as a leader in Central Asian on attraction of direct foreign investments, it is going to keep on supposing the state in this direction and contribute into development of regional cooperation," the message resumed.
