Tokayev appoints deputy heads of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms

Astana. October 1. KazTAG - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed deputy chairman of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms, reports Akorda.
“Arken Utenov has been appointed deputy chairman of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he has been relieved of his post as executive secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan;  Zhaslan MAdiyev has been appointed deputy chairman of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, " reads the statement.
Utenov has been the executive secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since December 2019,  from 2016 he worked as a  deputy head of the foreign policy and international relations department of the presidential administration, and  in 2015-2016  he headed the sector of the Foreign Policy Center.
From April 2019, Madiyev took a post of vice minister of national economy, before that, from April 2017, he was a vice president for finance of JSC “NC“ Kazakhstan Temir Zholy ”, in 2016 he served as an advisor to the prime minister.
