Tokayev assigned to build museum-hotel complex in Zhidebay by 175th anniversary of Abay

Astana. January 8. KazTAG - Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Kazakhstan, has assigned to build a museum-hotel complex in Zhidebay by the 175th anniversary of Abay, reports Akorda.
"Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received Daniyal Akhmetov, akim of the East Kazakhstan region. The President has assigned a number of tasks, including construction of the museum and hotel complex in Zhidebay by the 175th anniversary of Abay Kunanbayuly," reads the statement.
Akhmetov reported Tokayev about planned construction of a bridge over the Bukhtarma reservoir in the second half 2020.
"The President indicated importance of this object construction (...) He also positively estimated the work of akim in socio-economic development of the region, and his efforts in the scientific-educational and medical potentials of the East Kazakhstan region," said the report.
According to Akhmetov, investments into the fixed capital have increased in Eastern Kazakhstan; there has been growth in industry and agriculture.
