"The President has listened to the report of the head of authorized agency on the situation in the field of education and science. (...) The President has assigned to take measures for modernization of the financing system and management of scientific sector, increase financing of science and improve efficiency of staff training," reads the message.
Tokayev indicated importance of further improvement of the quality of education, reduction of gap in the quality of education in urban and rural schools. He also assigned to cover more people with additional education.
The President ordered to resolve the problem of emergency and three shift schools, conduct overhaul repair in the educational institutions.
