"Enhance the analytical component when taking the state decisions," said Tokayev at the session on economic issues.
He has assigned to develop a complex of measures in order to keep macro-economical, financial and social stability in the state under different scenarios of the situation in the world and also indicated the tasks of the current stage of performance of "Kazakhstan-2050" strategy.
"Medium business must become the driver of economic diversification. The industrialization program has prevented a decline in industry and processing sector, it has introduced new types of production. However, there haven't been any cardinal progresses in the economic structure. The main emphasis must be made on the growth of labor productivity by at least 1.7 times and considerable increase of Kazakhstani exports in the processed products. The Government is supposed to enhance non-crude export by 1.5 times by 2022 and double it by 2025," he said.
