Tokayev became President of Kazakhstan

Astana. March 20. KazTAG - Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has taken the oath at the joint session of the Parliament's chambers.
"I swear to serve the people of Kazakhstan, to follow the Constitution and the laws of Kazakhstan, to guarantee the rights and freedom of people, to fairly perform the duties of the President of Kazakhstan," he said.
As it was reported, Nursultan Nazarbayev signed an order on termination of his authority at the post of the President of Kazakhstan since March 20 2019. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has been appointed as an acting President of Kazakhstan.
