The head of state congratulated President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the people of Turkmenistan on Independence Day.
“Kazakhstan is sincerely pleased with the high achievements of Turkmenistan and attaches great importance to strengthening the bonds of centuries-old friendship, good neighborliness and comprehensive cooperation between the two states,” reads Tokayev’s telegram.
The President of Kazakhstan is convinced that joint efforts will give a qualitative impetus to the dynamic development of multifaceted interaction, opening new horizons for the Kazakh-Turkmen strategic partnership.
