Tokayev declared Kazakhstan's commitment to human rights principles

Astana. January 21. KazTAG - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has declared the commitment of Kazakhstan to human rights principles.
“Kazakhstan remains committed to its international obligations and universal principles in the field of human rights and the rule of law. We will never deviate from the course of further political modernization,” he declared.
According to him, development, stability and reforms are impossible in conditions of chaos.
"Law and order is the basis of our stability," he added.
