Tokayev expressed condolences to Putin following massacre in Perm

Astana. September 21. KazTAG - Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has expressed condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin following the massacre in Perm, said Akorda.
“The head of state held a telephone conversation with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Vladimir Putin on the successful holding of elections to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the VIII convocation. The outcome of the elections, the President of Kazakhstan believes, is important for strengthening internal political stability in Russia. The head of state also expressed deep condolences in connection with the death of people as a result of an armed attack at the Perm State National Research University, ” said the statement.
