Tokayev is going to provide succession of allied relations of Kazakhstan and Russia
Almaty. April 4. KazTAG - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev is going to provide succession of allied relations of Kazakhstan and Russia, reports TASS.
"The relations have been progressively developing, as Nursultan Nazarbayev says it is a model of relations. My task is to provide succession of this strategy, it especially concerns our interaction with Russia. I will do my best to strengthen the potentials of friendship between our people," said Tokayev at the negotiations with Russian president Vladimir Putin.
He said such relations comply with the national interests of Kazakhstan and Russia.
“In this regard, I think the agreement that was signed in Yekaterinburg on allied and partner relations lays a very serious basis for our close cooperation in all spheres - economy, politics, international relations and humanitarian branch”, he said.
He also thanked Putin for quick organization of his visit to Russia.
