Tokayev promised to provide material aid to family members of helicopter crash victims
Astana. March 28. KazTAG - Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, president of Kazakhstan, promised to provide material aid to the family members of the victims of crashed helicopter.
"A helicopter of the Defense Ministry crashed in the Kyzylorda region. It was on the flight en route Aktau-Shymkent. The crew died. I have ordered to investigate the accident. I express my condolence to the family members. We will provide material aid," Tokayev wrote in Twitter.
As it was reported, the message about MI-8 crash was reported in Zhalagash district of Kyzylorda region at 17.35 on March 27. The helicopter crashed and burnt down. There were 13 people aboard.
The helicopter was flying in the group of four military helicopters from Aktau to Shymkent. The flight was conducted within the frameworks of a complex check and training of Altyn Zhebe group in dark time and complicated meteorological conditions.
