Tokayev replaced ambassador of Kazakhstan to Latvia

Astana. November 4. KazTAG - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed a new ambassador of Kazakhstan to Latvia, Akorda reports.
"By the order of the head of state Timur Primbetov has been appointed as an extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Kazakhstan to Latvia," reads the message.
"With another order Viktor Temirbayev has been relieved of the post of an ambassador of Kazakhstan to Lithuania and Latvia," reads the report.
Viktor Temirbayev worked as an ambassador of Kazakhstan to Latvia from February 2019.
