Tokayev thanked Russia for humanitarian aid for combat with coronavirus
Astana. July 1. KazTAG - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has thanked Russia for the humanitarian aid to combat the coronavirus.
"The Russian Government has decided to provide humanitarian aid to Kazakhstan to combat the coronavirus pandemic. I am grateful to the authorities of Russia for timely supply of medicines," he wrote in Twitter.
According to the latest data, 22 308 people have contracted the coronavirus in Kazakhstan, 13 558 have recovered, 188 have died and 18 757 have been revealed as asymptomatic carriers.
