Trade between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan growing, despite problems on world markets – diplomat
Almaty. November 19. KazTAG - Mutual trade between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan is growing, despite economic hardships, emerged on world markets, informs RIA Novosti citing Kazakh ambassador to Uzbekistan Boribay Zheksembin.
«When world leading powers impose sanctions against each other, what is important for our countries is to develop our economic and trade cooperation in a positive dynamics»,- said Zheksembin.
According to Kazakh data, in 2013 the volume of trade between the countries increased by 14% compared with 2012 - to $3.2 bln, and in 9 months of this year - by 27% - to $3.1 bln.
