Traders of "Dordoy" market in Kyrgyzstan claiming immediate accession in Customs Union

Almaty. May 6. KazTAG - The traders of "Dordoy" market in Kyrgyzstan claim immediate accession into the Customs Union and refuse to pay taxes, reports the KyrTAG news agency.

"We must access into the CU sooner, those activists who are against the accession have no information about the situation, because the market has been idle for half a year. As there is no trade on the market, not only re-export suffers but also local production. 95% people at "Alkan Bazar" are tailors exporting their goods mainly to Kazakhstan," said Damira Dolotaliyeva, chair of central committee of professional union of trade employees and other entrepreneurship forms.

In her words 50 mln soms come to the budget in the form of patent payments and 4 bln soms of taxes.

"We refuse to buy patents and pay taxes. The Government must hear us," she added.

In her words the trade declined as Kazakhstani businessmen have not been coming to the market for five months.
