Traditional school assembly on September 1 will not be cancelled in Kazakhstan

Astana. August 6. KazTAG – Traditional school assembly on September 1 is not planned to be cancelled in Kazakhstan, said  Gani Beisembayev ,Education Minister.
“This is a traditionally significant day, so the celebration and the beginning of the gathering of all children, as always and in other years, was not cancelled, so this year on September 1, a lineup dedicated to the Day of Knowledge will be held,” Beisembayev said at a briefing in the government on Tuesday.
According to the Ministry of Education, 3.9 million people will go to schools, colleges and universities in Kazakhstan on September 1, of which 360 thousand are first-graders. In total, the school year will begin in 7.9 thousand educational organizations.
