Almaty. February 20. KazTAG - Transcontainer plans to sell 50% of Kedentransservice to Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, reports the Kommersant newspaper.
"The board of Transcontainer has agreed 50% stake sale of Kedentransservice to another co-owner- Kazakhstan Temir Zholy. The terms of the bargain have not been disclosed," reads the publication.
Previously, Transcontainer declared "they are satisfied with the price, the bargain was initiated by Kazakhstani side".
According to a source, the cost of the bargain may be $60 mln, another source said it would make up 3.5 bln rubles.
