According to Bolat Totybayev, head of police department of Medeu district, representatives of one office located in Zhibek-Zholy street had applied to police several times.
"They said that unknown people were drawing ads of narcotics on their building and terminal. The office guards saw two suspects and applied to the district crime prevention officer. These people used a template and drew ads of narcotics on the ATM. Two men were taken to police- one was born in 2000 -native of the Turkestan region, another one was born in 1997- native of the Almaty region," said the policeman.
They were paid 15 000 per day for drawing the ads.
"Their task was to make 30 drawings per day in crowded places,” said Totybayev.
