"Sberbank" will become the operator of the unified digital platform "Gostech". The tender with an initial price of $ 12.8 million (P900 million) was announced by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of Russia, ”Russian media reported.
Thus, for the Russian authorities, the Sberbank system, presumably similar to the one that the Kazakh authorities plan to buy, will cost 40 times cheaper than for Kazakhstan.
It had been reported that Kazakhstan will buy the IT-platform of the Russian PJSC "Sberbank" for an amount of up to $ 500 million, borrowed under the state guarantee from "Sberbank".
