Uzbek dishes worth more than KZT1.2 million were illegally attempted to be transported by train through Saryagash

Astana. May 22. KazTAG - Uzbek dishes worth more than 1.2 million tenge were illegally attempted to be transported in a train through Saryagash, informs the press service of the border service of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan.
“On May 21, at 11.40 pm,on the route Andijan – Moscow at the checkpoint Saryagash (railway), discovered a large part of hand-made dishes worth about 1,224,000 tenge. The cargo belonged to a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He had no accompanying documents available,” -  reported the border service on Wednesday.
According to the list, attempted a smuggle of dozens of teapots, hundreds of drinking bowls, about two hundred cups and much more.
“The full cargo was sent to the customs service specialists,” - the message says.
