Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan plan to create joint touristic route
Almaty. July 24. KazTAG - Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan plan to create a new joint touristic route, reports the Uzbekistan Telegraph Agency (UzTAG).
"I'd like to stress the question of tourism, i.e creation of this touristic cluster, touristic route, which would increase touristic flows to our states. I believe the people who come to Uzbekistan to study the history of the Silk Road should also visit Kazakhstan. It gives the full picture of the historical road," said Saidikram Niyazkhodjayev, ambassador of Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan.
He said it will be a joint touristic route.
"We are working on this project named "Golden quarter". For instance, there is "Golden Ring" in Russia, we hope the project "Golden quarter" will be successfully performed in the near future," he said.
