Venus Airport new proprietor of Almaty international airport

Almaty. April 28. KazTAG- Venus Airport Investments B.V has become the new proprietor of Almaty international airport, KASE reports,

"The sole shareholder of the company in the quantity of five and more percent from the total number of offered share is Venus Airport Investments B.V. (Amsterdam, Netherlands)," KASE reports.

According to the previous extract from shareholders register, the shares of the airport were in the property of two Kazakhstani companies- Meridian Capital (50%) and Sat Infosystems (50%) as of April 1.

78 400 ordinary shares of the airport were acquired for 12.6 bl tenge in KASE trading system on April 22.

According to the KASE, the total number of authorized common shares of the company is 100,000 units, preferred shares 10,000 units; 78,414 common shares were offered, preferred shares were not offered.
