Verdict announcement to Tazhayakov in Boston postponed until November 19

Almaty. October 17. KazTAG - Verdict announcement to Kazakhstani student Azamat Tazhayakov who has been adjudged guilty of hindering investigation of terror act at the marathon in Boston has been postponed until November 19, reports the Massachusetts court.
"The verdict announcement on the case of Azamat Tazhayakov has been postponed until Wednesday, November 19 at 14.00 under the chairmanship of judge Duglas Woodlock," reads the message.
The first retry will be held on November 12.
"The request of Azamat Tazhakayov on retry/release from responsibility is scheduled on Wednesday, November 12 at 14.00 under the chairmanship of Duglas Woodlock in the courtroom N1 on the third floor," reports the court.
As reported, Kazakhstani students of Massachusetts University Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev were detained on suspicion of having ties with Dzhokhar Tsarnayev -one of terror act organizes at Boston marathon on April 15 2013  .
