Vice minister of national economy who claimed " not to enrage him" replaced
Astana. April 10. KazTAG - Zhaslan Madiyev has been appointed as a vice minister of national economy of Kazakhstan, reports the press-service of the prime minister.
"By the order of the Government of Kazakhstan Zhaslan Madiyev has been appointed as a vice minister of national economy of Kazakhstan. Serik Zhumangarin, who was taking this post, has been relieved on the base of filed application," reads the message.
Prior to the appointment Madiyev worked as a vice president of finance of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy since 2017. In different years he worked in the national investments corporation, advisor to the prime minister, in Samruk-Kazyna SWF, in Kazyna sustainable development fund.
As it was reported, Zhumangarin answering the question of journalists said in February "Don't enrage me!". Later he apologies to mass media for his statement.
