Almaty. December 26. KazTAG- Roman Selitskiy, judge chairing in the hearing on the case of Zhomart Yertayev, banker, has refused to hold the hearing behind the closed doors.
"As far as there are files of commercial secret we ask the court to conduct the hearing behind the closed doors on all the stages," said a representative of special financial company DSFK at the court's hearing.
The prosecutors said the process is open, while the files of commercial secret may be considered behind the closed doors on some stages. The lawyers of the defendants left the appeal at the discretion of the court. Finally Selitskiy rejected the appeal.
