Visa free regime may be cancelled as over 70% Ukrainians illegally work in EU
Kiev. April 6. KazTAG - Ukraine may be deprived of visa free regime as over 70% Ukrainians entering the European Union work illegally at undeclared workplaces, said Alexander Okhrimenko, economist.
"Ukraine may be deprived of visa free regime, as over 70% people in Poland work illegally. Poland violated labour legislation of Europe. There is one trick way to enter the territory of Poland without a work visa. Then they file an application that a citizen of Ukraine will work only on the territory of Poland. Then the citizens of Ukraine illegally leave for work in other states of the European Union. For instance, to Germany or Italy," he said.
"Fines and special accounting have been introduced. If the situation with illegal employment abroad continues like this, there is a big risk to be deprived of the visa free regime. Besides the, the EU will punish Poland for Ukraine. Today 22 000 Ukrainians are working in the Check Republic, 1.7 mln in Poland," he resumed.
