Volume of industrial production in the EAEU increased by 1.8% within six months

Astana. August 12. KazTAG - The volume of industrial production in the Eurasian Economic Union increased by 1.8% over six months, reports the press service of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).
"In the first half of 2022, the volume of industrial production in the EAEU amounted to 101.8% compared to the level of January-June 2021," reads the message.
An increase in industrial production was observed in:

Kyrgyzstan - by 14.1%

Armenia - by 5.8%

Kazakhstan - by 3.5%

Russia - by 2.0%

in Belarus - decreased - by 5.2%.

The most significant increase in production was:

- in the mining industry and quarrying - by 3.9%,

- manufacturing industry - by 0.7%,

- in power supply, supply of gas, steam and air conditioning - by 0.5%.
