"The body of a woman, aged 39, and her three years old daughter with stabs have been discovered in the household attachment in Mamlutka village, North Kazakhstan region on August 8," reads the report.
25 years old acquaintance of the woman has been detained on suspicion of the crime.
The man has been taken to pretrial detention facility.
