Almaty. April 15. KazTAG - A woman attempted to pass heroin to a colony in Kostanai region hiding it in meat, reports the department of internal affairs.
"In a strict regime colony 161/2 in Kostanai the inspectors found heroin hidden in meat," reads the message.
A woman came on April 10 bringing a parcel for one of the prisoners. The staffers found a lump of meat in the parcel containing white substance which looked like heroin.
