Woman calling for protest action in Nur-Sultan convicted in Kostanay
Almaty. August 7. KazTAG - Zatifa Zhumash, activist of the public union "World of mothers", calling mothers of many children to go on a protest action in Nur-Sultan has been convicted in Kostanay, reports Tobolinfo.
"Recognize Latifa Zhumash guilty of an administrative offense under Part 3 of Article 488 (violation of the legislation of Kazakhstan on organization of peaceful meetings, rallies, marches, pickets and demonstrations) and sentenced her to a 50 MCI fine”, Asemgul Amergaliyeva, judge, read the ruling of the administrative court.
“According to the case file, the woman urged mothers of many children to go in Nur-Sultan to participate in the meeting near the prosecutor general’s office and the Supreme Court, for this, the groups called on Kostanay women to join these events,” reads the report.
