"By the order of the head of state Yerlan Battakov has been appointed as an acting head of the department of president's affairs," reads the order of N. Nazarbayev.
Battakov worked as a first deputy head of department of president's affairs since April 2017, since September 2012 until April 2017 he worked as a deputy head of department of president's affairs. Since 2010 until 2012 he worked as a head of financial-economic department of the president's affairs department.
