Active phase of CSTO exercises started in Kazakhstan

Taraz. October 4. KazTAG - The active phase of the exercises of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) has started in Kazakhstan, reports the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
“The opening ceremony of the CSTO exercises took place in the Zhambyl region. (...) The active phase of the CSTO exercises will take place from October 3 to October 7,” said the statement
The CSTO exercises "Interaction", "Search" and "Echelon" started on the territory of Kazakhstan.
“CSTO Deputy Secretary General Takhir Khairulloev, the head of the CSTO Joint Staff, Colonel-General Anatoly Sidorov, and representatives of the armed forces of the countries participating in the exercise took part in the opening ceremony of the exercises,” reports the message.
