Direct flights to be lunched to the Seychelles

Astana. October 3. KazTAG - The authorities of Kazakhstan announced opening of direct flights to the Seychelles, reports the press service of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development.
“Within the framework of the 41st session of the Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), which is being held in Montreal (Canada) from September 27 to October 7, the Kazakh delegation held talks with the aviation authorities of the Republic of Seychelles. During the meeting of CAA Chairman Talgat Lastayev discussed the prospects of direct air communication between Kazakhstan and the Seychelles Minister of Transport of the Seychelles Anthony Deryakues. As a result of the negotiations, the parties signed a memorandum for the first time in history, according to which the designated carriers of both countries received the right to operate seven regular flights a week between the countries on any type of aircraft from each side," the statement said.
According to Anthony Deryakues, the national airline Air Seychelles, on the basis of the signed document, plans to open a direct flight between on the Victoria-Almaty route in January next year.
