Almaty. May 6. KazTAG – Residents of the Almaty region felt tremors from the earthquake on the border of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, reports the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
“Network of seismic stations registered an earthquake on May 06, 2024 at 09:12:44,” readss the report.
The epicenter of the earthquake was located 194 km southeast of Almaty on the border of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
Information on perceptibility (on the MSK-64 scale): Almaty region, Kegen district, village of Kegen - two points. There are no casualties or destruction.
