“The Head of State signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments a to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan entitled “On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget” (Tax Code) and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Enactment of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments” to the budget” (Tax Code),” reads the statement.
The changes relate to the retail tax, distressed assets of banks and microfinance organizations, and a number of other areas of regulation.
