“By decree of the Head of State, Zhaslan Madiyev has been appointed as Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan,” reads the message.
From October 2022, Madiyev worked as general manager of Binance Kazakhstan. From 2020 to 2022 – he worked as deputy chairman of the agency for strategic planning and reforms.
