Ex akim Murat Mukayev has resigned due to transfer to a new work place.
Prior to new appointment Shynybekov worked as a head of Kaztal district.
Abat Shynybekov was born in 1973. In 1995 he graduated from the department of Mechanization of agriculture of the West Kazakhstani agricultural institute. In 1998 he graduated from the Institute of languages and management "Eurasia".
