“The top priority for us, first of all, is the interests of Kazakhstani people, providing them with work. All businesses and organizations should take this into account. Migrants from neighboring countries can work with us only within the framework of the established legislation,” Smailov said at a government meeting.
He stressed that the situation with migrants is under constant control.
