"By the order of the head of state Gabit Koishybayev has been appointed as an extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Kazakhstan to China," reads the message.
He replaced Shakhrat Nuryshev who worked as an ambassador from February 2015, he has been appointed as a First Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs.
