"Up to date the number of children asylums has reduced from 140 to 107. The transformation into the centers for support of children in hard situation is underway. Since 2016 the republican database of orphans has been operating for support of transparency of children adoption," said Askhat Aimagambetov, Minister of Education and Science.
In his words, the number of orphans has reduced by 31% in the result of works for reduction of social orphanage.
