Speed cubing to be introduced in school program in Kazakhstan

Atyrau. January 14. KazTAG – Speed cubing will be introduced in the school program in Kazakhstan.
"Negotiations with the Ministry of Education and Science on mass introduction of speed cubing is underway as an additional subject for children development. An active tendency and demand for speed cubing is observed throughout the world, this type of intellectual sports refers to the type of essential subject for teenagers equally with chess and robot techniques. Speed cubing has shown that it is one of directions in development of logical and arithmetic thinking," said Arman Mashumov, head of KSF federation.
The first official speed cubing championship was held in Atyrau. It involved over50 speed cubers from Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine.
