“The police opened a criminal case after the discovery of the body of a 16-year-old girl in the Auliekol district. All necessary investigative measures are currently being carried out. The circumstances of the incident are being clarified,” the press service of the Kostanay region police department reported on Friday.
The teenager went missing on June 26.
