Kostanay. January 20. KazTAG - Two convicts have escaped from a jail in the Kostanay region, reports Alau.
“On January 16, at about 21.00, the jail officer on duty discovered that two convicts were not on the territory of the correctional institution. Two men, born in 1986 and 1996, escaped by breaking a window in one of the premises of the colony, ”the report said.
“Since both convicts lived in the city of Rudny and had friends and relatives there, the entire personnel of the police department of the city of Rudny was transferred to an enhanced regime of service. During operational search activities," reads the report.
