At the same time he expressed gratefulness for the efficient steps towards strengthening of the state.
"A number of innovations have been timely and correct: you imposed the state of emergency on time to prevent coronavirus, thus, the state managed to avoid numerous victims; in the time of state of emergency you provided financial aid to the millions of people in Kazakhstan; from the first days of your presidency you have been performing the concept of "Responsive Government"; you initiated liberal changes for representation of opposition in the Parliament," he added.
