Journalist Mikhail Kozachkov had published a video on his Telegram channel in which a person similar to Iskaliyev said that the generally recognized international standard ISO, in his understanding, “was invented by the Jews for evaluation,” adding that he was “sceptical” about this. The description of the video states that Iskaliyev does not have a pharmaceutical education.
Indeed, in Iskaliyev’s official biography there is no mention of his receipt of pharmaceutical or medical education.
