Rustem Kaidarov, chairman of Generals' Council of Kazakhstan died in plane crash

Almaty. December 27. KazTAG - Rustem Kaidarov, chairman of the Generals' Council of Kazakhstan, has died in the plane crash in the suburbs of Almaty.
Major General of Justice, Honored Worker of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR, Professor, Chairman of the Presidium of the NGO “Council of Generals” Rustem Kaidarov is on the list of casualties.
Rustem Kaidarov was born on May 18, 1940 in Semipalatinsk. In 1970 he graduated from the law faculty of the Kazakh State University. He was the best worker of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kazakh SSR.
