2940 cases of COVID-19 and CVI-pneumonia were detected in Kazakhstan for September 21-22

Astana.  September 23. KazTAG - 2940 cases of COVID-19 (CVI +) and pneumonia with signs of coronavirus infection (CVI-) were recorded in Kazakhstan on  September 21-22, said the press service of the Ministry of Health.
“From March 13, 2020 to September 22, 2021, CVI +: morbidity - 870 059 (2693 over the past day), mortality - 10 913 (53 on September 21); from March 13, 2020 to September 21, 2021, CVI-: incidence – 74 674 (247 on September 21), mortality - 4769 (nine on September 21), " said the report.
According to the Ministry of Health, at the moment 66 215 people continue getting treatment for CVI (57 473 CVI + and 8742 CVI-),  11 653 patients are in hospitals, 54 562 patients are at the outpatient level.
" 962 patients are in serious condition, 239 patients are in state of extreme severity, 131 patients are on ventilators,” said the report.
